Change Voicemail Greeting in Vonage

Change Settings on the Phone

1. Call Voicemail:
   • From your phone with Vonage service, dial * 1 2 3.
   • From any other phone, dial your Vonage phone number and press the * (asterisk) when Voicemail answers.
2. Enter your Voicemail password/PIN when prompted.
3. Follow the prompts to make the changes below.

1. Press 9 for Setup Options.
2. Press 1 for Mailbox Setup and Greeting.
3. Press 2 for Normal and Extended Absence Greetings.
4. Press 1 to Review Your Current Greeting.
5. Press 2 to Record Your Greeting.
6. Record your greeting after the tone and then press # to save.
